本文以格列齐特为模型药物,对格列齐特缓释片剂的处方进行了研究。考察了处方中乳糖、预胶化淀粉、磷酸氢钙及工艺因素对药物溶出度的影响,获得了满足设计要求的亲水凝胶骨架片处方。

The preparation of the sustained-release tablets of Gliclazide as a model drug with different methods was studied.The influences of lactose,pre-gelatinized starch,CaHPO4 on drug dissolution was investigated,and technology factors on dissolution was studied as well.The optimal formulation of hydrophilic matrix tablet of Gliclazide is made.
