摘要
木糖料液中含有葡萄糖,这部分葡萄糖在木糖结晶时,会影响结晶收率。为此,调节木糖料液pH值在3.8~4.0ppm时,从不同的时间、不同的料液浓度、取不同净化阶段的木糖料液等几个方面,加入固定化酵母,来考察用生物法去除木糖料液中的葡萄糖,通过此方法寻找提高木糖结晶收率的可能途径。
Wooden sugar-bearing fluid contains glucose,xylose crystallization in this part of glucose will affect crystallization rate.so,regulate wooden sugar-bearing fluid pH value in 3.8-4.0 ppm,from different times,different concentrations of liquid material,from different stages of purification wooden sugar-bearing fluid,and other aspects,of the fixed yeast to study the use of biological France Xylose fluid removal of glucose through this method to improve xylose crystallization rate of possible ways.
