This article introduces the realization principle of software and hardware based on Internet communication pattern,and the design of the relative embedded software and the update software.A simple,practical and reliable solution,which can communicate with software updated server and embedded system,is presented according to the analysis of the update flow of embedded system software,including the solution to the embedded system code segment.The solution can be successfully applied to the embedded system of computer monitor & control system and industry,control equipment.
