最近,由三联书店出版社出版的马克思主义经济学家刘诗白教授的《体制转型论》一书,真实的记录了1978年改革开放以来30年间我国经济体制改革的最重大的理论与实践问题,集中体现了刘诗白教授长期坚持以马克思主义基本理论研究当代实际问题的学术风格。综观全书,刘诗白教授理论研究的特点鲜明地体现在三个方面:一是全方位探讨经济体制改革;二是立足实践,立足国情;三是理论观点有说服力。对社会主义市场经济的论述是本书的一个重要内容。刘诗白教授最早提出了要发展社会主义商品经济与利用市场,全面论述了社会主义市场经济的概念,深刻论证了市场经济与公有制的"兼容"问题,坚持在改革的大方向上不能动摇。

Recently, SDX Joint Publishing Company publishes a book titled The Theory of Institutional Transition written by Pro. Liu Shibai, a Marxist economist. It records the greatest theories and the most critical praetical problems of the economic system reform in China for thirty years since the reform and opening - up launched in 1978. The book reveals Pro. Liu＇ s academic style that insists on employing the basic theories of Marxism in researching present - day practical problems. Reviewing the whole book, we find that his theoretical research has three distinguished features. First, he discusses the reform of the economic system in an all - round way. Second, his research is based on the reality and the state＇ s situation. Third, his theoretical viewpoints are convincing. The discussion on the socialist market economy is part of the important contents in this book. Por. Liu initiated the idea of developing the socialist commodity economy and relying on the market, full discussion on the concept of the socialist market economy, profound argumentation on the compatibility of the market economy and the public ownership system, and insistence on the path of the reform.
