摘要 以工业碳酸钙与工业盐酸为原料,经过反应、除杂、蒸发等工序,制备出医药级二水氯化钙。研究了各种因素对产品质量的影响,确定了较佳的工艺条件:除砷时溶液pH=4;活性炭吸附时间为1.5 h;除铁、镁、铝等时溶液pH=8.5;蒸发前溶液pH=4;蒸发温度为160℃。将基础无机化工原料生产成高质量、高附加值的医药级化工产品,工艺简单、成熟,效益好,利润高,工业化可行,既符合市场经济规律又符合中国化工产品向精细化、系列化的发展方向。 Pharmaceutical grade calcium chloride dehydrate has been prepared with industrial calcium carbonate and industrial hydrochloric acid as raw materials through the procedures of reaction,impurity removal, and evaporation etc.. Influences of various factors on the product quality were studied and better process conditions were eonfirmed:pH of solution was 4 when removing arsenic ; activated charcoal adsorption time was 1.5 h; pH of solution was 8.5 when removing iron, magnesium,and aluminum etc. ;pH of solution was 4 before evaporation;evaporization temperature was 160 ℃. This technology made the basic inorganic chemical raw materials become high - quality and high value added pharmaceutical grade chemical products. In addition, the technology was characterized by simple process, good payback, and high profit, which is feasible for industrialization. Therefore, it is not only in line with market economy law, but also conforms to the direction in developing fine chemicals and series chemicals in China.
