摘要
激光钻井破岩是钻探工程领域一项具有前瞻性的应用基础理论课题。它包括5大基础科学问题,即激光/岩石/流体相互作用原理、岩石快速相变的热力学与传热学、强激光的传输变换与微型化原理、激光破岩岩屑运移的多相流动理论、激光钻井的安全与环境保护科学等。详细评述了国内外激光钻井破岩技术的研究水平与进展,指出大功率激光器的小型化、井喷控制和井漏防治、井壁岩石釉化层强度与井眼防坍塌能力、油气藏的发现与储层保护、激光束在井下环境传输性能、每米钻井成本的经济性等问题将是未来的重要研究内容。
Laser drilling technology is one of the most important theoretical tasks in petroleum drilling engineering. Rock destruction methods by using laser has the five foundational problems, such as laser-rock-fluid interactive principles, rapid phase-change thermodynamics, high-energy laser transmission and miniaturization, multiphase flow theory of high temperature rock removal, laser safety and environmentalism. Current world-level research achievements are reviewed particularly. It is proposed that the significant subjects in the future will be focused on the highpower miniature laser, well-blowout and leakage control, glazed rock strength and anti-collapse capability, oil-gas reservoir protection, down-hole laser transferability, drilling economics, etc.
