摘要 通过模拟塔里木油田现场环境,利用高温高压试验设备,采用SEM、EDS和XRD技术,辅以失重法,研究了油套管用P110钢在不同Cl-含量流动介质中的腐蚀速率和腐蚀形态,并对试样表面腐蚀产物的成分进行了分析。试验结果表明,随着Cl-浓度的增大,P110钢的平均腐蚀速率呈现先增大后减小的趋势,且在Cl-浓度为50 g/L时,腐蚀速率最大。探讨了P110钢在含Cl-的饱和CO2溶液中的腐蚀反应机理。 Effects of Cl^- concentration on COz corrosion rate on P110 steel were investigated by stimulating the downhole environment of Tarim oil field, using high temperature and pressure autoclave. The corrosion product scales were analyzed by SEM, EDS and XRD. Corrosion rate was measured by the weight loss method. The results showed that the corrosion rate increased first and decreased subsequently with the increasing concentration of Cl^-, and the maximal corrosion rate was presented at Cl^- 50 g/L. The corrosion reaction mechanism of P100 steel in the Cl^- environment was discussed.
