摘要 目前在高压水射流清洗油管工艺中所用的喷头大部分是固定式,由电机驱动喷杆再带动喷头旋转,清洗效率低、能耗高。研制出一种新型离心限速旋转喷头,是由喷嘴产生的水力扭矩使喷头自动旋转,内部设计有离心限速机构,在水压力稳定时使喷头转速稳定在理想范围内。与传统的水射流清洗系统相比,该喷头具有清洗效率高、节约能耗的优点。 Presently, the fixed nozzles, which were driven by motor spray boom, spray boomdriven nozzle, were mainly used for high-pressure water jet cleaning of oil pipeline. The above methods were not only inefficient but also high energy consumption. A new type centrifuge speed rotating nozzle was designed. The nozzle could automatically rotate in the role of the hydraulic torque. The speed of nozzle could be stabilized at an ideal range with a constant hydraulic pressure, because of the internal centrifugal speed agency. Compared with traditional cleaning systems, this nozzle has some obvious advantages, such as high efficiency, energy saving.
