摘要
三轴角度传感器的轴间正交误差及增益偏差很难通过提高制造工艺得以消除,而这些误差及偏差极大地限制了角度传感器的精度。"三轴角度测量装置轴间正交误差及增益偏差修正算法"提出了一种可以同时修正测量轴轴间正交误差及轴间增益偏差的方法,实现了测量系到等增益正交系的变换。为此,构造并求解了关于参数最优估计的五元三次方程,并对该算法的收敛性及噪声对变换精度的影响进行了评估。
It is very difficult to avoid the ortho-error and gain error in three-axis angle measuring device by means of improving fabrication technics, and the precision of the angle sensor is tremendously limited by the errors. A new method wasbrought forward for rectifying the ortho-error and gain error exist among three measuring axes, and the measurement coordinate system could be transformed to an orthogonal system. Therefore, five equations were formed and five optimized parameters for orthogonal transform were obtained. The digital simulation shows the astringency and the relation between transform precision and noise level.
