飞机机翼载荷校准试验的有限元仿真方法 被引量:9

摘要 飞机机翼载荷校准试验是飞机载荷验证试飞的关键工作之一,校准结果的精度及有效性主要取决于试验方案设计的合理性。为了对其开展仿真研究,研究了对机翼载荷校准试验进行有限元仿真的方法,实现了建立有限元仿真模型、设计"虚拟"应变电桥和施加"虚拟"校准载荷等关键技术。以此对某机翼载荷校准试验进行了仿真,将仿真结果和试验结果进行了对比,评价和分析了仿真结果。应用结果表明,方法具有令人满意的精度和可行性。 The loads calibration test of aircraft wing is one of the crucial works of the loads validation flight test. The testing accuracy and validity mainly depend on the rationality of the test scheme design. In order to research it through simulating, the method of simulating the loads calibration test of aircraft wing using finite element method (FEM) was studied. Some critical technologies of building the finite element model for this simulation and designing virtual strain-gage and applying the virtual calibration load were established. Based on them, an example of a wing calibration test simulation was given, and comparison and evaluation of its result were done. The conclusion shows the method has an approving precision and is feasible.
