中医心系问诊采集系统初步研制及评价

An Information Collecting System for TCM Heart Inquiry and Associated Assessment

根据确定的心系问诊量表,结合计算机技术,研制了心系问诊采集系统。该系统经临床测试及用户测评,显示其界面友好,性能稳定,实现了人机结合的病史资料输入,提高了临床信息收集速度,又能确保病历的标准和质量,基本实现了中医心系问诊信息采集的规范化、程序化及数字化,实现了问诊病史记录的完整性及规范性。

According to the defined scale of the TCM heart inquiry program, we developed an information collection system for the Inquiring Diagnosis （ID）, with the help of computer technology. The system has been tested clinically, and gone through an assessment. The test results show that the system has a friendly interface with a reliable performance, allowing the man-machine medical history import. It has shortened the time for gathering clinical information, and produced up-to-standard medical records, through a standardized, programmed, and digitized process.
