Information Technology Based Active TCM Cluster Identification

中药有效成分族是指作用于同一靶点、具有相同作用机理的中药有效成分之总称。整合信息学、化学、生物学等多学科技术的中药有效成分族辨识信息技术是揭示中药物质基础的方法和技术之一。本文从中药化学成分数据库的构建、中药有效成分族的辨识与验证三个环节探讨了中药有效成分族辨识信息技术的建立及应用。

Active Clusters of Traditional Chinese Medicine （AC-TCM）represent a group of active compounds that can act on the same targets under the same mechanisms. By integrating the traditional theory with the modern sciences, the I- dentification Technology of AC-TCM（ITAC-TCM）allows an improved understanding of TCM material base. In this paper, three main parts of ITAC-TCM, namely database construction, AC-TCM identification, and AC-TCM validation, were discussed in the context of research and applications.
