骨髓增生异常综合征血管内皮生长因子作用的研究

摘要
近年来越来越多的证据表明,多种血液系统恶性肿瘤患者的骨髓中存在血管新生现象，血管新生及其调控因子与血液系统恶性肿瘤的发生、进展和预后有密切的关系。骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）是造血干细胞异质性的克隆性疾病，在疾病发展过程具有高风险转化为急性白血病特点。
