摘要
在市场中,技术创新者总会不可避免地受到技术普及者的模仿追赶和利润稀释,夏普的经营经验表明,技术创新者即使拥有核心技术,还需要尽可能缩短技术在组织内的分享时间,延长一项技术创新的"收获期",这些做法本身也成为了企业独特能力的一部分。
