摘要
目的:研究C6胶质瘤细胞在大鼠脑内成瘤后,苦参碱对其作用。方法:采用脑立体定向术建立胶质瘤大鼠模型,通过TUNEL及免疫组织化学方法检测苦参碱对胶质瘤大鼠模型肿瘤细胞的作用。结果:TUNEL及免疫组织化学Fas表达结果均显示在空白对照组与阴性对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);低剂量组高于空白对照组和阴性对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);高剂量组高于低剂量组、阴性对照组和空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(F<0.01)。结论:苦参碱具有诱导体内胶质瘤细胞凋亡的作用.可能是通过增加Fas的表达来实现的。
Objective: To investigate the expression of matrine in matrine - treated C6 glima model rats.Methods: To set up glioma model of rats to utilize stereotactic apparatus use TUNELdyeing tests and irnmunohistochemistry to detect the effection of rats treated by matrine.Results: TUNEL dyeing tests and immunohistochemistry of Fas expressed variously in different groups. There is no significant difference between untreated group and bomeol-treated group(P〉 0.05) .Fas was obviously up regulated in the high- dose matrine- treated group compared with the low-dose group(P〈 0.01) . The expression of Fas was higher in low-dose group than untreated group and bomeol-treated group(P〈 0.01) . Conclusion: Matrine can induce the vivo glioma - cells' apoptesis.It does possibly by upregulating the expression of Fas.
