生脉散正交实验抗心律失常作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:本实验通过研究由氯化钡引起小鼠的室性心律失常,筛选出生脉散的抗心律失常的最佳组方。方法:灌胃给药不同组方生脉散水煎液10天,麻醉小鼠,腹腔注射0.3%氯化钡,建立室性心律失常模型。结果:经过正交实验所得最佳配比为人参18g,麦冬18g,五味子6g。所得最佳配比组与经典配比进行实验比较,经典组(人参9g,麦冬9g,五味子6g)对心律失常的治疗作用最显著,为最佳组方。 Objective: To study experimental arrhythmia in mice caused by Baritum Chloride screening the best composing prescription of Shengmaisan used for anti- arrhythmia. Methods: Intragastric gavage with different shengnai powders water- decocted liquid for tan days. injected mice, leave them at the stage of anestjesia, injected intraperitoneally the mouse with 0.3% Barium chloride. Making the arrhythmia mice animal model with Barium chloride. Results: Compare the result from orthogonal test, the optimal prescription of Shengnaisan is Radix Ginseng (18g), Radix Ophiopogonis (18g), Fructus Schisandrae (6g) . Compare the best camposing prescriptions.with the classical matCh of Shengnaisan , the classical match of Shengmaisan (Radix Ginseng 9g, Radix Ophiopogonis 9g, Fructus Schisandrae 6g) make the most avident role , so this is the best composing prescriptions.
