榛子叶鞣质的镇痛作用初探

Preliminary Study on Analgesic Action of Tannins in Corylus Heterop Hylla Leaf

我国榛子资源丰富,其鞣质提取物具有抗肿瘤、抗菌.抗病毒、促消化、保肝利胆及调节免疫系统等方面的药理作用。本实验采用巴豆油致小鼠耳肿胀法测得榛子叶提取物具有抗炎作用,而通过热板法测得榛子叶提取物具有镇痛作用,对其进行开发和利用使其成为抗炎镇痛的天然新资源具有良好的应用前景。

Nowadays, resource of Corylus heterophylla leaf has not been manufactured and used in our country. In experiments, position of herb, activate of pharmacology and mechanisms of Coryltts heterophylla leaf were determined. Stems and leaves of Corylus hcterophylla, was studied by microscope. So can determined distributing of tannins in plant. Repeatedly column chromatography was performed for the isolation and purification of the Corylus heterophylla leaf.
