Reverse Logistics:The Logical Choice of Circular Economy

随着经济的迅速发展和人口的极度膨胀,人与自然的矛盾逐渐凸现。为了解决人类可持续发展的难题,循环经济应运而生。当今世界的循环经济实践是在三个层次上展开的,包括企业内部、企业间和整个社会。循环经济的核心是要求放弃传统的"资源—产品—废弃物"的线性经济发展模式,采用"资源—产品—再生资源"的闭环经济发展模式。相应的物流模式也应该在传统经济中正向物流的基础上,补充旨在资源回收利用的逆向物流,实现基于循环经济理念的双向物流模式。

The authors believe that not only the enterpri ses economy, the industrial economy, but also the national economy as a whole and the world economy as a whole will depend on material, energy, information and labor. Among them, material and energy is the material basis for the whole modern industrial system. At present, conflict between human and nature is becoming more and more serious. So, there is the circular economy emerging. In nowadays, the world circular economy is developing at such three levels as inner enterprises, inter-enterprises and the whole society. Reverse logistics can fully apply the ＂3R＂ principles of circular economy, pay more attention to environment protection, promote practice of circular economy and provide the platform for the public to take part in circular economy. So, it is urgent for us to develop reverse logistics, guarantee and promote the development of circular economy.
