摘要
提出了在标准抗渗试验和大比例尺抗渗试验模型的分块缝构造方法以及分块缝抗渗试验方法。标准抗渗试验试件分两次成型,在试件中心区用模板分隔,先浇筑外围混凝土,初凝后,分块缝中放置止水条再浇筑中心区混凝土。大比例尺抗渗模型分隔成三至四段,间隔分次浇筑混凝土。试验得到,选用遇水膨胀橡胶止水条和卷材防水措施,模拟实际工程中的分块缝止水条件,在0.7~0.8MPa水压下分块缝不渗水,可以满足实际工程中地下室底板设置分块缝的防渗需要。若在分块缝中设置多道防水措施,分块缝的防水等级可进一步提高。
A configuration method of partition joints in the standard impermeability experimental machine and the large scale impermeability experimental model is presented, and a impermeability experimental method of the partition joints is also suggested. The standard impermeability experimental specimens are completed in two steps. The center of the specimens is divided by shutter boards, and the periphery concrete is cast firstly. After preliminary coagulation, some waterproof strip is placed in partition joints, and then the concrete in the center is cast. The large scale impermeability experimental models are divided into 3 to 4 segments, and the concrete is cast alternatively step by step. The results show that selecting plastic waterproof strip, which dilates in contact with water, and roll sheets to simulate waterproof condition of partition joints in practice could assure that water dose not seep through joints at a pressure of 0.7 - 0.8MPa. This could afford impervious needs of deformation seams in basement foundation slab in practice. If several measures are set in the same partition joint, the waterproof grade of which will be updated progressively.
