摘要
本文用数值计算的方法模拟了粉煤灰空心砌块墙体的耦合传热过程,得出了墙体的热阻值,并对模拟结果进行了实验验证,验证表明计算准确可信。而后,本文着重分析了粉煤灰空心砌块孔内空气的对流换热、固体热桥以及砌法对墙体热阻的影响,并在此基础上,对原粉煤灰空心砌块墙体进行重新设计,使其可以满足建筑物围护结构节能标准的要求。
In this paper, the coupled natural convection-conduction for heat transportation process of hollow fly-ash concrete block wall was simulated, and the thermal resistance was obtained, also the accuracy of simulated results was verified experimentally. Furthermore, the factors that influenced the thermal resistance of the wall, such as natural convection inside holes, solid bridges and different bonds of wall, were analyzed. Based on the analysis, the original hollow block wall was redesigned to meet the energy-saving standards of the building envelope.
