Structural design on secondary-stage annex of Deji plaza in Nanjing

摘要 南京德基广场二期裙楼为多项不规则的复杂高层建筑,采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系,通过设置后浇带、采取必要的构造措施、调整结构构件刚度、提高结构的抗扭承载力以及采用空间有限元法和时程法进行分析,解决了设计中结构超长、超限、大悬挑及扭转效应明显等问题,使结构满足抗震设防要求。 The secondary-stage annex of Deji plaza, located in Nanjing, is a kind of complicated high-rise building with several irregularities in its structure. A structural system of reinforced concrete frame-shear wall is employed in this structure, with concrete-filled steel tube concrete columns and sectional concrete/steel beams. By means of setting post-pouring zone, using construction measure, adjusting the stiffness of the structure, enhancing the torsion resistance of the structure, and calculating with three-dimensional FEM and time history method, the design problems about super-long structure, structure conversion, obvious effect of torsion are solved. The design of the structure satisfies the need of resisting earthquake.
