摘要
本文阐述了市场经济条件下企业负债经营的必要性、必然性和利弊得失，提出负债经营必须把握，度的界限，将负债率控制在一定的范围之内，营构适当的财务结构，以便保持企业应有的抗风险能力，并提出了解决目前国有企业负债率偏高的四条途径。
The article describes necessity, inevitability of the management in debt of enterprises under the market economy condition, its gain and loss, raises necessary limits for themanagement in debt, in which the debt rate must be controlled in some range, and a suitablestructure should be formed in order to maintain due risk resistance capability of enterprises. In addition, it raises 4 ways to solve current debt rates of State-owned enterprises.
