PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPING ALKALI-ACTIVATED SLAG CEMENT AND CONCRETE

本文简述碱矿渣水泥及其混凝土优异的物理力学性能和耐久性能，探讨目前推广应用中存在的主要阻碍因素，提出针对性的解决措施，研制开发一种与传统水泥混凝土相比性能更优、价格更廉、施工工艺相同的新型碱矿渣水泥与混凝土，将使推广应用由可能性变为现实性。

In tbis paper, the excellent mechanical and physical properties and durability of alkali-activated slag cement and concrete (AASCC) are summarized, the main hindrences in existence in the present applications of AASCC are discussed, and the solutions in connection with these hindrenccs are put forward. To develop a new alkaliactivated slag cement and concrete with more excellent properties,cheaper prices and same construction technology as compared witb traditional cement and concrete will make the spreading and application of the new cement and concrete change from possibility to reality.
