摘要
介绍了媒介黑PV染色时2种不同的降低损伤的方法——低温染色法和低铬染色法。阐述了这2种方法各自的作用原理,并将2种方法相结合以进一步降低羊毛损伤。实验结果表明,媒介黑PV染色时,加入低温促染剂CTC-435 3%,将染色温度控制在90℃,在后媒染阶段加入10%元明粉,将红矾用量控制在0.8%,可大大降低染色毛纤维的损伤。
This paper has introduced two different ways, low temperature dyeing and low mordant dyeing, to reduce the damage of wool with mordant black PV. The mechanism of the two ways was expatiated. The method to integrate the two ways was studied in the experiment. Results showed that when the dyeing condition was CTC - 435 3 % ,90 ℃, and sodium sulfate 10% and potassium dichromate 0.8% used in the latter mordant bath,the damage to wool can be greatly reduced.
