摘要
用6%KOH正丁醇溶液处理羊毛纤维,并用扫描电镜观察不同处理时间羊毛纤维的鳞片形态变化情况,测试处理前后羊毛纤维的细度、断裂强力和断裂伸长率等性能指标。研究表明,随着处理时间的延长,羊毛表面鳞片腐蚀效果明显,处理8.5 h的羊毛纤维鳞片出现剥落现象;纤维的力学性能无明显破坏;纤维平均细度减小趋势显著。因此用KOH正丁醇溶液细化羊毛纤维是切实可行的。
In this paper, 6% KOH n-butanol solution was used to slenderize wool fibers. The scale morphology of wool fibers before and after treatment was observed by SEM. Fineness and mechanical property index, such as breaking strength , breaking elongation and so on, were tested. The results showed that with the time prolonged, the scale was eroded obviously, and bega to shell off after 8.5 h treatment, the mechanical properties of wool fiber had no evident destruction, and the fineness of wool fiber showed a decreasing tendency. Therefore, slenderizing wool fiber by alkaline organic solution is feasible.
