摘要
采用IPDI、聚乙二醇和封端剂亚硫酸氢钠等为原料通过预聚法合成聚氨酯,并对其性能和产品的应用进行了研究。通过比较,最佳制备工艺为:在60℃时向聚乙二醇中缓慢加入IPDI和催化剂,80℃预聚2.5 h,再进行封端反应1.5 h。最佳整理工艺为:浸轧整理液(二浸二轧,轧余率70%)→90℃烘干→150℃焙烘5 min。然后对应用性能进行了综合评价,获得了良好的防缩效果。
In this paper, isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polyethylene glycol (PEG) and sodium bisulfite which block the prepolymer were used as raw materials for synthesizing the polyurethane through prepolymer process. The research for the performance and application of the product has been conducted. By comparison, the optimum preparation process was: IPDI and catalyst were added slowly into PEG at 60℃ firstly, then raise to 80 ℃ and hold at that temperature for 2.5 h, block the prepolymer after that for 1.5 h. The best finishing process was: padding twice(with 70 % pickup)→ drying at 90 ℃→curing at 150 ℃ for 5 rain, then evaluated the performance of the application comprehensively. It can obtain the good performance of shrink-resistance.
