自噬在心肌缺血和缺血再灌注损伤中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 心肌缺血和缺血再灌注损伤都会造成心肌细胞的丢失,是导致冠心病患者心力衰竭的主要原因,过去认为其机制主要涉及心肌细胞的坏死与凋亡(Ⅰ型程序性细胞死亡)。现在研究认为还有一种细胞死亡方式-自噬(Ⅱ型程序性细胞死亡)也参与该过程,且发挥着更为重要的作用。
