摘要
作者自行研究设计的单钉——沟槽柱翼钢板复位固定治疗腰椎滑脱症。预先采用6具成人尸体的L3—S3骨骼做成椎弓崩裂并滑脱模型,采用临床Ⅰ型手术方法进行复位固定,在每片钢板上粘贴6片电阻应变片,进行中心和偏心加载试验,同时进行了弯矩和扭矩试验,在586微机上进行了线性回归分析,求出了线性方程及线性相关系数r,中心和偏心加载达到900N未出现钢板松动,扭矩和弯矩在833N·cm和666.4N·cm以内左右钢板的应力点应力呈线性增长。表明单钉——沟槽柱翼钢板复位固定治疗腰椎峡部裂并滑脱手术操作简便、复位充分、固定可靠、稳定性好。
Authors studied ana designed single nail-groove limb plate for reduction and fixation of lumbar spondyiohsthesis,First model of lumbar spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis was made in L3-S3 of six adult corpse. Ther reduction and fixation was Performed according to surgical technique of clinical I, on each plate there were six pieces of resistance straingage. Central and excentral load test as conducted, so as bend and torsion test. Lastly analysed of the data was carried with the help of computer type 586 and obtained linear equation and linear correlation coefficient. The plate was not loosened when central and excentral load amount to 900N, while bend and torsion reached 833N.cm and 666.4N.cm respectively stress of the stress point of plate increased linearly,which suggested that single nail-groove limb plate for reduction and fixation of lumbar spondylolisthesis had adequate biomechanical basis. Furthermore, the operation was simple, with adequate reduction and good stability.
