体内生物反应器与体内骨组织工程

摘要 近年来,骨组织工程研究在种子细胞、支架材料和构建技术3个主要方面均取得了巨大进展,但复合体外培养细胞的骨组织工程产品临床应用仍面临挑战。体内骨组织工程是以受体自身机体作为生物反应器,单纯应用生物材料而不外加细胞或生长因子,在骨或非骨环境构建形成骨移植物修复自体骨缺损的技术。有关研究显示这是一种调动机体自我再生能力的组织工程新策略,具有切实可行的应用前景。 For the past few years, great progress has been made in seed cells, scaffold materials and reconstruction technique of bone tissue engineering. Nevertheless, the clinical application of tissue engineered bone products with in vitro cultured cells still faces challenge. In vivo bone tissue engineering uses the body as bioreactor to construct bone graft with intrinsic osteoinductive biomaterials in the non-osseous or osseous sites in absence of any exogenous growth factors or cells to repair bone defect. Related researches indicate that this is a novel strategy for tissue engineering to stimulate self-regeneration capacity of the body, and have practicable application perspective.
