摘要
目前学术界倾向将生物疗法应用于椎间盘退行性变,分子生物学和细胞培养技术的进步使研究者发现各种生长因子在椎间盘退行性变修复中的重要作用。生长因子在椎间盘组织代谢中所起的作用已有广泛研究,近来又有运用动物椎间盘退行性变模型,直接将生长因子注入椎间盘内逆转其退行性变的研究。文章详细介绍了各种生长因子如转化生长因子、骨形态发生蛋白、胰岛素样生长因子等在椎间盘退行性变修复过程中的应用情况。体内和体外研究均显示了在修复退行性变椎间盘过程中运用生长因子是一个非常有潜力的策略。
Currently, biotherapy is prone to apply on the repairing of intervertebral disc degeneration. Research advancements in molecular biology and cell culture technology have enabled researchers to cognize the significance of various growth factors on intervertebral disc cells. The effects of growth factors on the metabolism of intervertebral disc cells or tissues have been extensively studied, and the efficacy of an injection of growth factor to reverse disc regeneration has been shown in animal model of intervertebral disc degeneration. This paper introduces the application of growth factors in the repairing of disc degeneration, such as transforming growth factor, bone morphogenetic protein and insulin-like growth factor, etc. The results from these in vitro and in vivo studies clearly suggest the potential usefulness of growth factor to restore intervertebral disc degeneration.
