摘要
采用0.5μm~2.5μm的较细钨粉在1750℃烧结均能得到90%以上的烧结密度。但烧结坯组织分析表明,粉末越细,烧结坯组织均匀性越差;利用粗、细粉末进行搭配后组织均匀性改善,但若两组分粉末活性(粒度)相差过大,则导致微观组织不均匀,形成一团团孔洞较多的细晶组织。
A density of 90% could be gotten so long as using fine tungsten powder 0 5 μm~2 5 μm sintered at 1750℃ But metallographic structure showed that the finer of the powder,the worse of the homogeneity of structure;Blending the coarse and fine powder,the homogeneity of structure of sintered compact better However if activity of component of mixtures was quite different,the microstructural homogeneity of sintered compact was bad,in which there were lots of fine grain structure with many cavities
