摘要
针对精密铸造复杂薄壁铝合金零件易产生的欠铸、冷隔缺陷、重点介绍改进制备型壳工艺和溶化浇注工艺的试验研究，并结合典型铸件的生产验证，提出较佳的适用于生产薄壁铝铸件的精铸工艺。
The big and complex precision aluminium castings with thin section and big filling area yield easily the poured short and cold lap The cleaning off of them is very difficult A investigation of shellf abricating process and pouring process with negative pressure for elimi nation of this casting defect is reported and a precision process which suitable of production of complex thin section aluminium precision casting is proposed in this paper,The qualified persent of the precisi on casting has been increased above 60% by using this new precision process
