钕离子掺杂铁氧体纳米晶的结构和磁性能 被引量:4

STRUCTURE AND MAGNETIC PROPERTIES OF NEODYMIUM ION-DOPED FERRITE NANOCRYSTALS

摘要 采用化学共沉淀法制备了钕离子(Nd3+)掺杂铁氧体纳米晶材料。利用Gouy磁天平、X射线衍射、红外光谱、透射电镜(transmission electron microscope,TEM)和X射线能谱分析等对产物进行了表征,研究了Nd3+掺杂量对Fe3O4纳米晶的结构和磁性的影响。结果表明:在Fe3O4晶格中掺杂适量Nd3+能提高材料的磁性,当摩尔比n(Fe3+):n(Nd3+)=29:1时,其磁性最强,此时Nd3+以直接充填的方式占据Fe3O4晶格中的B位。随着Nd3+掺杂量的增加,Nd3+取代B位的Fe3+的进入晶格,使磁矩降低。TEM分析表明:制得的Nd3+掺杂铁氧体纳米晶颗粒大小较均匀,平均粒径约为8 nm。 Neodymium ion (Nd3+) doped ferrite nanocrystals were prepared by the chemical co-precipitation method and characterized by the Gouy magnetic balance, X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, transmission electron microscope (TEM), and energy dispersive X-ray detector. Effects of Nd3+ content on structure and magnetic properties of Fe3O4 were investigated. The results show that Nd3+can enhance the magnetic properties of Fe3O4 with the proper doping amount. When the molar ratio of n(Fe3+):n(Nd3+) was 29:1 among the samples prepared, the magnetic properties were the strongest, and Nd3+ was then filled into the B-site of the spinel ferrite lattice. Then Nd 3+ substituted for Fe3+ at the B-site with the increase of Nd3+ doping amount, which resulted in the drop of the magnetic property of ferrite. The TEM results indicate that the average size of the particles was about 8 nm and their distribution was uniform.
