新型蓝色长余辉发光材料SrMgSi_2O_6:Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)的制备及性质(英文) 被引量:5

PREPARATION AND PROPERTIES OF NEW BLUE LONG AFTERGLOW PHOSPHOR SrMgSi_2O_6:Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)

摘要 采用凝胶-燃烧法成功合成了新型蓝色硅酸盐长余辉发光材料SrMgSi2O6:Eu2+,Dy3+。用X射线粉末衍射仪、扫描电镜、荧光分光光度计等对合成产物进行了分析和表征。结果表明:SrMgSi2O6:Eu2+,Dy3+的晶体结构与Sr2MgSi2O7相同,均为四方晶系。样品一次颗粒外形基本呈球形,平均粒径约100 nm。激发光谱为一宽带,主激发峰位于400 nm左右,次激发峰位于415 nm左右。发射光谱也为一宽带,最大发射峰位于470 nm附近,是典型的Eu2+的4f5d→4f跃迁导致的。合成的SrMgSi2O6:Eu2+和SrMgSi2O6:Eu2+,Dy3+均具有长余辉发光特性。与SrMgSi2O6:Eu2+相比,SrMgSi2O6:Eu2+,Dy3+的余辉亮度高、余辉时间长(约4 h),因此,Dy3+是一种理想的共掺杂离子。此外,还探讨了Eu2+,Dy3+浓度、还原温度和H3BO3用量等对材料发光强度的影响。 New blue long afterglow phosphors SrMgSi206:Eu2+,Dy3+ were synthesized by the gel-combustion method. The as-synthesized phosphors were analyzed and characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electronic microscope and fluorescence spectrophotometry. The results indicate that SrMgSiEO6:Eu2+,Dy3+ phosphors have the same crystal structure as Sr2MgSi2O7; they are all tetragonal. The initial particles are very small, with diameters below 100 nm and nearly spherical shapes. The excitation spectrum is a broad band, the main excitation peak is at about 400nm and the secondary peak is at about 415 nm. The emission spectrum is also a broad band, with the main peak at about 470 nm, which is ascribed to the typical transition from 4/5d to 4fof Eu2+. The decay curves indicate that the as-synthesized phosphors have long afterglow features. Compared with SrMgSi206:Eu2+, SrMgSiEO6:Eu2+,Dy3+ has high afterglow brightness and a long duration (about 4 h). Therefore, Dy3+ is an ideal co-doped ion. Moreover, the effects of the concentration of Eu2+ and Dy3+, the reductive temperature and the dosage of HaBO3 on the luminescence intensity were discussed.
