影响无缝铱管旋压加工主要因素探讨

RESEARCH AND DISCUSSION OF THE MAJOR FACTORS WHICH EFFECTING ON THE PROCESS OF SEAMLESS IRIDIUM TUBE

研究了毛坯管密度、旋压温度、加工率和进给量等因素对无缝铱管旋压加工的影响。结果表明，合理控制这些因素是节约原材料，提高成品率的关键。

The factors which effecting on the process of seamless Iridium tubes such as density of primary tube,the spinning temperature,processing rate,footage were discussed in this paper Results showed that,It was key to control these factors reasonably for saving the raw materials and increasing finished product ratio
