摘要 研究了最新研制的微型继电器用触点材料—Ag其五元合金的热处理、时效及加工工艺。采用该工艺制成的合金具有强度高、耐磨性好、接触电阻低及耐腐蚀性良好等特点,达到美国军标MIL39016总规范要求,可替代国内目前使用的Pd基或Au基多元合金。 The heat treatment and making process for a new Ag based alloy have been studied This alloy has been used as contact material for microrelay It has high strength, low contact resistance, good corrosion resistance and friction resistance and meanwhile It′s property reaches the demand of American MIL39016 It Can substitute for Pd based alloys or Au based alloys which are often used in China
