摘要
运动性损伤是指在体育运动过程中发生的损伤。运动损伤与体育运动项目、运动技术动作、锻炼者的身体状况、场地设备等情况有着密切的关系。运动性骨折在运动性损伤中时有发生,骨折的治疗原则为早期复位、可靠的固定、积极功能锻炼。在需要内固定治疗的患者中,选择合适内固定物相当重要,否则极易导致治疗失败。国内外许多学者在从事金属内固定物研究基础上,又在骨科领域从事可吸收材料的组织相容性、强度、降解速度等问题的研究。生物相容性好,抗菌能力强,缓释效果好的置入物材料将对运动性损伤患者的恢复起到重要作用。
Sports injury takes place during sports exercise. Sports injury is closely related with sports events, sports technique, physical condition of exerciser, and ground equipment. Exercise-related fracture is common in sports injury, and the common treatment principle is early reduction, reliable fixation, and positive functional exercise. Selection of internal fixator is very important for patients undergoing internal fixation, because inappropriate fixator will lead to treatment failure. Many scholars have conducted studies on metal internal fixtors and the histocompatibility, intensity, and degradation speed of absorbable materials. Implants with good biocompatibility, strong antibiosis, and good delayed release are significant for recovery of patients with sports injury.
