幼犬胸腰椎形态与椎弓根螺钉置入相关数据的CT测量研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:测量幼年中国杂交犬的脊柱形态学指标及椎弓根螺钉置入的相关参数,为动物实验及动物外科提供数据。方法:随机选取2月龄的中国杂交犬18只,CT测量T7~L7椎体高度、椎体横径、椎体纵径、椎管横径、椎管纵径、椎管面积、椎弓根长度、椎弓宽度、椎弓根螺钉水平面植入角度,按照测量数据行椎弓根螺钉置入术,术后再次行CT扫描测量,对结果进行统计学分析。结果:①建立了2月龄幼犬T7~L7的CT扫描平面的形态学指标的参考数据;②雌雄幼犬间做各形态学指标的统计学检验示椎体高度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其它各形态学指标性别差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③术前与术后的各形态学指标差别均没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:①术前进行CT扫描并测量,术中采取有针对性的个性化手术方案,可以降低徒手置椎弓根螺钉的失败率。术后CT扫描可以早期发现问题,早期解决。②性别对幼犬脊椎形态的影响除椎体高度外无统计学意义。 Objective: To study morphologic features of canine thoracic and lumbar vertebrae and measure the parameters ofpedicle screw placement for animal experiment and surgery. Methods: 18 dogs (2 month aged, female 9, male 9) were selected. Spiral computerized tomography (CT) was used to scan and evaluate the morphologie parameters of vertebrae. The vertebrae from T7 to L7 were studied by the following parameters: the height and transverse diameter of vertebral body (HVB, TDVB), antero-posterior distance of vertebral body (APDB), transverse and anteroposterior diameter of vertebral canal (TDVC, APDC), area of vertebral canal (AVC), the length and width of the pedicle (PL,PW), and the transverse screw angle(TSA). Statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS 10.0. Results: (1)The reference data of immature canine vertebrae (T7-L7) were obtained by CT. (2)The statistical analysis proved that, except the deviation of height of vertebra body, which was statistically significant (P〈0.05), there was no other parameters differentiation among different animals (P〉0.05). (3) The morphologic parameters pre and postoperatively had no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusions: (1)With the help of preoperative CT scan, we will be familiar with the anatomy of vertebrae and make individual operation plan. With the help of postoperative CT scan, the problems of operation can be found and solved early. (2) Except for the height of vertebra body, there was no other parameter deviation between female and male immature dog.
