新型形态记忆合金颈椎夹钩治疗寰枢椎不稳脊髓受压改善率的临床研究

摘要 目的:研究新型形态记忆合金颈椎夹钩治疗寰枢椎不稳的脊髓受压改善率,以指导临床合理使用。方法:寰枢椎不稳36例患者分为两组,A组18例采用记忆合金颈椎夹钩治疗,B组18例采用Apofix椎板钩治疗,重建寰枢椎段矢状面图像测量并计算脊髓受压改善率。利用SPSS13.0软件包对测量的结果进行进行独立样本t检验,差异标准置于0.05。结果:颈椎夹钩治疗组和Apofix治疗组两组脊髓受压改善率比较差异无统计性意义(P>0.05)。结论:新型形态记忆合金颈椎夹钩组具有与Apofix椎板钩相当的临床治疗效果。 Objective: To explore the improvement ofneotype shape memory alloy cervical hook on spinal cord compression during aflantoaxial instability treatment and provide guides for clinic application. Methods: Thirty six patients of atlantoaxial instability were divided into two groups. The neotype shape memory alloy cervical hook was applied to patients of group A, and Apofix technique to patients of group B. The improvement rate of spinal cord compression by aflantoaxial reconstruction on sagittal plane was calculated. The data was analyzed by independent samples T test using the SPSS 13.0 software package to determine whether significant differences existed between two groups. Results:The improvement rate of spinal cord compression of patients underwent neotype shape memory alloy cervical hook fixation had no statistic difference comparing with that of Apofix technique group (P〉0.05).Conclusions:According to the results of this study, the neotype shape memory alloy cervical hook fixation in atlantoaxial vertebrae showed a satisfied therapeutic efficacy, as that of Apofix technique.
