电磁软接触连铸技术对连铸坯表面振痕的影响及原因探讨

摘要 电磁软接触连铸技术是一门新兴技术.讨论了电磁软接触连铸技术的产生背景和发展过程;分析了其作用原理;综述国内外学者利用电磁软接触连铸技术实验的冶金效果;实验研究了有无电磁场作用下弯月面区域结晶器壁温的温度变化规律.结果表明:电磁软接触连铸技术可以提高结晶器内壁和金属熔池温度,改善铸坯的初始凝固过程,减轻振痕,提高铸坯的表面质量.最后提出了电磁软接触连铸技术研究中还需进一步研究的关键问题. The electromagnetic soft - contact continuous casting (EMCC) technique is a novel technique. The developments and background EMCC technique were discussed ; metallurgic effect of EMCC technique was summarized in this paper. The temperature with and without magnetic field of mold and alloy were measured through experiment and the results show that the EMCC technique can increase the temperatures of mold and alloy, alleviate oscillation marks, and improve the surface quality of billets. Finally, the key problems of EMCC technique that should be noticed in future were presented.
