温度、盐度及体重对条石鲷幼鱼耗氧率和排氨率的影响 被引量:63

Influence of Temperature,Salinity and Body Weight on Oxygen Consumption and Ammonia Excretion of Oplegnathus fasciatus Juvenile

摘要 利用实验生态学的方法研究了不同温度、盐度及体重对条石鲷幼鱼的呼吸、排泄的影响。结果表明,不同温度、盐度和体重对条石鲷幼鱼耗氧率、排氨率有显著影响(P〈0.05)。耗氧率随温度的升高而增大。在10-30℃时,条石鲷幼鱼随着温度的升高,排氨率明显升高;S为5-45时,耗氧率先下降再升高,然后再下降,差异显著(P〈0.05),排氨率先下降再升高;条石鲷幼鱼耗氧率和排氨率随体重的增加而下降。O∶N比也随着温度升高和体重增加而升高,不同温度下条石鲷幼鱼平均O∶N比为95.437,呼吸Q10平均值是1.274,排泄Q10平均值是1.585;S为5-45时,O∶N比的范围是41.662-107.736;不同体重的条石鲷幼鱼平均O∶N比为72.083。10-35℃时条石鲷幼鱼主要以脂肪和碳水化合物为能源,蛋白质其次。 The effects of temperature, salinity and body weight on oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of Oplegnathus fasciatus juvenile are studied by means of the experimental ecology method in laboratory. It is show from the results that temperature, salinity and weight have significant effects on the oxygen consumption rate and the ammonia excretion rate (P〈0.05), and the oxygen consumption rate of Oplegnathus fasciatus juvenile increases as the temperature increases. From 10 ℃ to 30℃, the ammonia excretion rate of Oplegnathus fasciatus juvenile significantly increases as the temperature increases. When S is in the range between 5 and 45, the oxygen consumption rate increases from the first, then decreases, finally increases with the salinity increase, and the rate values become obvionsly different from each other in the range (P〈0.05). However the ammonia excretion rate decreases from the first, then increases. The oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of Oplegnathus fasciatus juvenile decreases as the individual body weight increases. The O/N ratio increases with the temperature and weight increase. The O/N ratio average for different temperatures, the Q10 respiration and the Q10 excretion are 95. 437, 1. 274 and 1. 585 respectively. The O/N ratio ranges between 41. 662 and 107. 736 for S from 5 to 45. The average of O/N ratio is 72. 083 for different weights of Oplegnathus fasciatus juvenile. The Oplegnathus fasciatus juvenile takes fat or saccharide as the major energy source in the range between 10 ℃ and 35 ℃, and protein is the secondary energy source.
