摘要
目的:了解我院华法林与其他药物的合用情况,分析其合理性。方法:调查统计我院2005年11月～2006年10月的377412张处方,抽出应用华法林的处方148张,进行分析。结果:148例华法林使用中,合并用药为79种,占使用例数的53.38%。其中有相互作用的药物为16种,占使用例数的20.25%。结论:强调规范使用华法林仍然是十分必要的。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the condition of the combined use of Warfarin with other drugs and to analyze its rationality. METHODS： 148 Warfarin prescriptions were selected from a total of 377 412 prescriptions of outpatients from Oct. 2005 to Oct. 2006 for a rationality analysis. RESULTS： Of the total 148 cases, drug combination was seen in 53. 38%. There were 79 kinds of drugs used in combination with Warfarin, of which, 16 kinds of drugs had interaction with Warfarin, accounting for 2.025 %. CONCLUSION： It is necessary to emphasize the standard use of Warfarin.
