摘要
目的:调查分析我院门诊处方的用药情况,提高门诊合理用药水平。方法:随机抽查我院2007年7月～2008年6月每月各1天的门诊处方共12434张,按《处方管理办法》规定进行处方分析。结果:处方平均用药金额为66.33元,平均用药品种数3.28种,平均基本用药品种数3.01个,注射剂的使用率为22.84%,抗菌药物使用率为41.54%,不合理用药处方315张,不合理用药率为2.53%。结论:我院门诊处方用药基本合理。应加强通过处方分析工作,促进合理用药。
OBJECTIVE： To facilitate rational drug use in outpatient department by investigating and analyzing the outpatient prescriptions in our hospital. METHODS： A total of 12 434 prescriptions selected randomly from July, 2007 to June, 2008 （one day in every month） for an analysis of drug use according to Prescription Administrative Policy. RESULTS ： The average consumption sum per prescription was 66.33 yuan; the average drug kinds used were 3.28; the average essential drug kinds used were 3.01 ; the percentage of the use of injections was 22.84% ; the percentage of the use of antibiotics was 41.54 %; 315 prescriptions （2.53 % ） were irrational ones. CONCLUSION： The drug use in the outpatient prescriptions in our hospital is basically rational. The analysis of prescriptions is conducive to the rational drug use.
