我院2006～2007年活血化瘀类中成药门诊患者用药分析

Analysis of Utilization of Drugs Used for Activating Blood Circulation to Dissipate Blood Stasis in Outpatients During 2006～2007

目的:了解我院门诊活血化瘀类中成药应用情况及发展趋势。方法:收集整理我院2006～2007年的药品出入库数据,采用各药总金额与DDDs排序方法,进行活血化瘀药用药情况分析。结果:我院活血化瘀类中成药销售总金额呈上升趋势,日均费用金额略有下降,复方丹参滴丸销售金额与DDDs排序连续2年都居首位。结论:虽然活血化瘀类中成药品种越来越多,但我院应用基本合理,尤以疗效确切、价格合理的药品得到医患双方的肯定。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization and trend of development of drugs used for activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis in our hospital. METHODS： The data of drugs used for activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis in our hospital from 2006 - 2007 were collected for a statistical analysis in respect of the total consumption sum and DDDs. RESULTS： The consumption sum of drugs used for activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis in our hospital showed a steady increase, while its daily consumption sum showed a slight decrease. The consumption sum and DDDs of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills have been dominated the first two places over the two consecutive years. CONCLUSION： More and more varieties of Chinese patent drugs used for activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis are available, but the use of which in our hospital is rational on the whole. Those varieties with confirmed efficacy and reasonable prices are popular among doctors and patients.
