2003～2007年我院每1000人次门诊处方头孢菌素类药物费用分析

Consumption Sum of Cephalosporins for Every 1000 Outpatients in Our Hospital from 2003～2007

目的:了解我院2003～2007年头孢菌素类药物的用药情况,为其临床应用管理服务提供依据。方法:运用医院药房计算机网络管理系统收集我院2003～2007年头孢菌素类药物的门诊处方数据,并进行分类、统计、分析。结果:每1000人次门诊处方头孢菌素类药物销售金额年平均增长率为5.83%。结论:在我院的临床药物应用管理中,加强对头孢菌素类药物的合理用药监督十分重要。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the consumption of cephalosporins in our hospital over the 5 years from 2003 to 2007 in order to provide basis for clinical use and management of cephalosporins. METHODS： OPD prescription data of cephalosporins from 2003 - 2007 was collected using computer network management system of hospital pharmacy and subjected to classification and statistical analysis. RESULTS ： The mean annual rate of increase for every 1 000 outpatients in the consumption sum of cephalosporins was 5.83%. CONCLUSION： It is of great importance to tighten control on the rational use of cephalosporins in clinical drug use in our hospital.
