囊实混合性肾癌的声像图表现

Ultrasonogram appearance of complex cystic and solid renal cancer

目的探讨囊实混合性肾癌的声像图特点。方法分析21例经手术病理证实为囊实混合性肾癌的大小、形态、内部回声及彩色多普勒血流信号。结果21例囊实混合性肾癌均为单侧单个病灶，直径2．3-25．6cm，平均（7．8±4．7）cm。其中7例以实性为主，8例以囊性为主，6例实性和囊性比例相当；病灶形态，19例呈圆形或类圆形，2例为不规则形；病灶包膜：19例完整，2例不完整；病灶内部实性组织的回声：8例为等回声，13例为低回声。病灶内实性和囊性分界：18例不清楚，3例清楚；病灶占位效应：19例明显，2例不明显。9例行彩色多普勒超声检查，病灶内部实性部分均探及血流信号。结论囊实混合性肾癌的声像图具有一定的特征。

Objective To explore the sonogram characteristics of complex cystic and solid renal cancer. Methods Twenty- one cases with complex cystic and solid renal cancer confirmed by operation and pathology were included. The size, shape, echo and color Doppler blood signals of the tumors were analyzed. Results The total of 21 cases of complex cystic and solid renal cancer were all developed unilaterally with single focus, the diameter ranged from 2.3 cm to 25.6 cm, mean diameter was （7.8±4.7）cm. Among 21 cases, 7 cases were solid masses, 8 cases were cystic and another 6 cases were both cystic and solid masses. Nineteen cases were round or near round shaped, and 2 cases were irregular shaped. Nineteen cases had completed pseudocapsules, 2 cases had incompleted pseudocapsules. Internal solid echoes showed that 8 cases were with equal echo, 13 cases were with low level echo. Only 3 cases showed clear interfacing between cystic and solid focus, 18 cases were difficult to distinguish. Space occupying was observed in 19 cases. Nine cases were examined by color Doppler, blood signals were detected in solid focus partly. Conclusion Complex cystic and solid renal cancer has characteristic features in sonograms.
