特种设备风险接受准则与风险控制

本文应用风险评价的ALARP原则,本着安全性与经济性相统一的方针,就特种设备风险的级别划分与有效控制进行了深入的分析、研究,为规范、指导特种设备分类监管,提高安全监察工作的有效性做出了有益的探索。

Applying the ALARP principle of risk evaluation, based on the guideline of security and economy unified, the risk grades and the risk control of special equipment have been studied systemically. As beneficial research, the study provides practical criterion and direction for the classified supervision and management of special equipment.
