遭遇金融风暴——职场过冬 薪水将走低?

在10月间，一份列举了22家跨国企业、40家国内大中型企业、116家国内中小型企业的“大裁员第一波”名单，更是通过各大公司的企业邮箱在上海、北京、深圳等地的白领当中传播。只是相关公司对裁员降薪说法予以否认。比裁员的刺激度稍弱的降薪，在这个时期，似乎是最容易被接受、最立竿见影的节流措施，职场人对此也深以为然。
