基础设施经济属性的多角度考察

A multi-perspective investigation on economic properties of infrastructure

为了多角度考察基础设施的经济属性,探讨基础设施对经济发展的作用与影响机理问题,通过对经济学文献的分析,认为其经济属性主要包括:基础性、公共产品性、自然垄断性、时空布局效应性、经济外部性和空间溢出性,并简要概括出基础设施具有很强的要素引导和集聚功能等四点结论。

In order to investigate economic properties of infrastructure from more perspeetives and in or der to study infrastructure＇s roles in economic development and infrastructure＇s effect on economic development,we analyse economics references and think that infrastructure＇s economic properties consist of properly of foundation,property of public goods,property of natural monopoly,property of time--space arrangement effect, properly of economic externalities and property of spatial spillover effect. Lastly,we draw four conclusions, such as infrastructure possess poweful guiding and agglomeration function,etc.
