Livin在胃癌中的表达及生物学意义

Expresstion of Livin in gastric carcinoma and its biological significance

目的:探讨胃癌组织中Livin的表达及生物学意义。方法:采用逆转录聚合酶链反应技术和免疫组织化学方法检测60例胃癌组织和20例正常胃组织中Livin的表达。结果:60例胃癌组织Livinа、βmRNA表达阳性率分别为80(48/60)、83.3(50/60),正常胃组织中Livin呈低表达,阳性率为5(1/20)。Livin蛋白主要表达于胃癌细胞的细胞浆,阳性表达率为66.7,20例正常胃组织,仅有1例表达,阳性率为5,并且随着胃癌组织穿透黏膜下层后,Livin在胃癌组织中的表达明显增强。结论:Livin参与了胃癌的进展,有可能作为胃癌预后的一个指标。

Objective：To investigate expression of Livin in gastric cancernoma and its biological significance. Methods：To detect Livin expression in gastric cancemoma and normal tissues by RT- PCR and immuohistochemisit- ry （SP method）. Results ：The positive rates of Livin a, ~ mRNA expression were S0% （dg/60）,83.3% （50/60）in the gastric cancernoma, Livin expression in normal tissues was 5% （1/20）. The expression of Livin protein in gastric can- cernoma was 66.7% but was 5% in normal tissues. Livin expression was related to infiltrative depth of gastric cancer- noma tissues （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but not correlated with gender, age, pathological types and lymphoid node metabasis （ P 〉 0.05 ）. ConcLusion： Livin participated the progress of gastric canceioma may be a novel prognostic tumor marker.
